Gabrielle Calicden, Esq.

“Gabby” is a personal injury attorney at Maaswinkel Law, P.A., representing injured clients in auto accidents, premises liability, and workers’ compensation cases across Florida. Her work also includes motorcycle and truck accident claims throughout Central Florida.

A cum laude graduate of the University of Central Florida and Barry University School of Law, Gabby is a member of The Florida Bar and the first in her Filipino American family to become an attorney in the United States.

Her path to law began early. As a Law Magnet student in high school, she studied legal writing, constitutional law, and courtroom procedure alongside her standard coursework. She also volunteered with Teen Court, where she got an early, ground-level look at how the justice system actually treats young people and families. That foundation shaped a careful, well-prepared approach to legal practice that her clients still benefit from today.

Gabby is an active member of the Greater Orlando Asian American Bar Association (GOAABA), a professional network supporting AAPI attorneys across Central Florida.

Outside of her legal practice, she is a competitive Muay Thai fighter — and brings a fighter’s discipline to every case she takes on.
