Attorney Andy Nguyen was born in California but has spent the majority of his life in Central Florida.¹ He attended the University of Central Florida, where he earned an undergraduate degree in Business Management. During his time there, he was a member of Phi Delta Psi and committed to volunteer community work. Following college, Andy began a career as an accountant, working for a firm in the home building industry and rising to the position of Senior Accountant.

Driven by a desire for a more fulfilling career and the opportunity to help those in need, Andy pursued his Juris Doctor at Barry University Dwayne O’Andrea School of Law, graduating in 2022. While in law school, he gained valuable experience interning at the Legal Aid Society, where he assisted low-income individuals with legal matters.

Andy is fluent in both spoken and written Vietnamese, which has allowed him to build a strong connection with the Vietnamese community in Orlando. This relationship and his background inspired him to advocate for those who are at a disadvantage due to language barriers, cultural differences, and a lack of legal representation.

As an attorney, Andy utilizes his passion and business acumen to defend the rights of people against powerful insurance companies and large businesses in cases involving personal injury and workers’ compensation claims. He also dedicates his practice to helping people navigate the complex immigration system to achieve their dreams of becoming United States Citizens. Andy is a member of the Florida Bar.
