Miguel Ubiles is proud to advocate for clients in personal injury cases. He is a champion for numerous social causes and his professional mission is to seek justice for clients injured by the negligence or misconduct of others. Miguel diligently pursues the fullest recovery for his clients.
Miguel earned his law degree at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he was a member of the Journal of Law & Public Policy and the UF Trial Team. He successfully competed in the Florida Justice Association Honorable E. Earle Zehmer Memorial Mock Trial Competition. Miguel continued to develop his trial advocacy skills throughout his career.
Mr. Ubiles began his career as a public defender in Osceola County, Florida. There, he tried numerous cases and won favorable verdicts for his clients. Miguel later transitioned to the largest statewide insurance defense law firm in Florida. He defended insurance companies and corporations in lawsuits brought by people who were injured as a result of a slip and fall or car accident. Knowing how insurance companies and their lawyers defend these types of cases gives Miguel an advantage to use for his clients.
Miguel is a member of the Florida Bar, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida. He is fluent in Spanish.
