Wrongful Marriage Fraud Determination: client filed form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative for his spouse.  United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) denied the petition based on the determination that our client entered into a fraudulent marriage for the sole purpose of obtaining her green card.  Client hired us and we successfully convinced immigration that USCIS made a mistake.  As a result, our client got her green card.

Petition Withdrawn by Husband: client filed an application to sponsor his wife to come and live with him in the US.  The couple went through marital problems, and the husband withdrew his petition.  Immigration denied the wife entry because the husband withdrew his petition.  The husband and wife were able to reconcile and worked out their differences. Instead of refiling a new petition that would cause them to pay expensive filing fees and wait a long time, they hired us.  We were able to successfully reopen the case, and their petition resumed processing.
